About Ever Grow Home

Ever Grow Home is a sole-trader business selling artificial plants and trees, faux flowers, outdoor greenery, hanging baskets and decorative vases. Products and descriptions

Please read each product’s dimensions, materials, included items and care instructions before ordering. Photographs illustrate the product; screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Display accessories are included only where the description says so. Size, colour and appearance variations must still be consistent with the product description and your consumer rights.

Artificial plants are decorative products. Do not assume a product is suitable for outdoor exposure, is UV resistant, is fire resistant or can be reshaped or trimmed unless its description states this. Secure outdoor pots, baskets and fixings appropriately and follow the individual care guidance.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed at checkout before you place your order. We accept cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay through the payment options available at checkout. Wallet availability can depend on your device, browser and payment provider. Payments are subject to authorisation.

Placing an order

Check your items, delivery address and order total before submitting your order. You will receive an order acknowledgement. A contract for the goods is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. A payment authorisation or acknowledgement alone is not confirmation that an item has been dispatched.

If an item is unavailable, a price or description error affects your order, or we cannot accept the order, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not substitute goods or charge a higher price without your agreement. Any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded promptly.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days, unless a different period is agreed or clearly stated before purchase. Standard delivery is £4.99; delivery is free for orders over £75 after discounts, excluding shipping. Exactly £75 remains subject to the £4.99 charge. We remain responsible for getting the goods to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law. If delivery is late, missing or damaged, contact us. Your legal cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day window from delivery to tell us you want to return an item. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Contact support for the return address. Refunds due are issued within 7 calendar days of the goods or evidence of return reaching us, whichever is earlier. Your consumer rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts the rights or remedies UK consumer law gives you. Our voluntary return window does not replace rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Accounts and website use

Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breaches of your statutory consumer rights.

Complaints and applicable law

Email [email protected] with your order number and details of your concern so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms provided when you placed your order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
