Refund and Returns Policy - Ever Grow Home

If your purchase is not right for your space, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. This policy applies to purchases from evergrowhome.co.uk and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

30-day return window

Tell us that you want to return an item within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is helpful but is not required for a change-of-mind cancellation. Please send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

How to return an item

Contact support for the correct return address and instructions before sending your parcel. The business correspondence address is not automatically the returns address. Contacting us for instructions does not make a valid statutory cancellation subject to our approval.

Pack the item securely to protect leaves, stems, pots, vases and other parts in transit. Include your order number and all accessories supplied with the item. Keep proof of posting and use a suitable delivery service; tracking is recommended.

Condition of change-of-mind returns

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please return them complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Original packaging is helpful for protection, but is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. There is no restocking fee.

Who pays return postage?

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost depends on the size, weight and service you choose. Contact us if you need help arranging a return for a large item.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return costs or arrange an appropriate collection. Contact us first so we can agree a suitable method.

Refunds within 7 days

We issue refunds within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or your evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, where a refund is due. We refund the original payment method unless we agree another method with you. Your bank, card provider or wallet service may take additional time to show the money in your account.

If you cancel your whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the cost of our least expensive standard delivery needs to be refunded. A partial return does not normally result in a refund of the original delivery charge. We will not retrospectively deduct a delivery fee merely because a return takes the original order below the free-delivery threshold.

Your statutory cancellation rights

For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have another 14 days to send them back. Our 30-day notification window extends the time in which you may ask for a change-of-mind return. Any legal refund deadline that requires an earlier refund still applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email us as soon as reasonably possible if something is wrong. Describe the problem and include your order number; photographs may help but do not replace your rights. Under UK consumer law you may be entitled to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within the applicable 30-day short-term rejection period, or to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as the law provides. Rights for faulty goods can continue beyond our change-of-mind return window.

Cancel before dispatch

Contact support promptly if you want to cancel an order before dispatch. If it has already been sent, you can still use any applicable cancellation and return rights.
