Free delivery: orders over £75.

Delivery area and charges

We deliver to eligible UK addresses. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the final shipping charge before paying. Standard delivery costs £4.99 for orders of £75 or less. Delivery is free when the value of the goods is over £75 after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Exactly £75 does not qualify for free delivery.

Delivery times

Our estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days from order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different delivery estimate shown for a product or agreed with you before purchase takes precedence.

Your delivery address

Please check your address and contact details before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact support as soon as possible. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched.

Delays, missing parcels or damage

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with your order number. Photos can help us investigate damage, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated, subject to applicable consumer law.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, we will explain the options available to you, including cancellation and a refund where you are entitled to one. We will not charge an additional delivery fee without your agreement.

Returns

For the 30-day return window, return postage and refund timing, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
